Rayo, a sweet and affectionate puppy, is a true ray of sunshine! Despite a heartbreaking start to life, found with his siblings in Puerto Rico after a tragic loss, Rayo is now safe and thriving in a foster home in New Jersey. He has a remarkable capacity for love, readily embracing everyone he meets – kids, cats, dogs, and strangers alike. Rayo is house-trained, incredibly cuddly, and happiest when snuggled up with his favorite people. His goofy and playful personality is sure to bring smiles and laughter to any home. Rayo is still gaining a little weight to catch up from his rough beginning, but he gets stronger and more confident each day. He shows genuine gratitude for every kindness shown to him.
