Piglet Pooh Little Love

Piglet is a precious little girl with the sweetest, gentlest presence. She's a chunky, tiny puppy with adorable whiskers and petite features that only get cuter the more you look at her. At approximately 1 month old and around 3 lbs, she's believed to be a Chihuahua or Aussie mix, though breed is always a mystery with rescue pups! She's discovering the world with her four siblings, and watching her personality bloom has been a joy. Piglet is a wonderfully balanced pup, happily wrestling with her siblings, playing with toys, and sometimes entertaining herself. She has a lovely mix of independence and affection, enjoying cuddles when she's in the mood but also comfortable exploring or napping on her own. Her quiet confidence makes her an endearing and potentially easy companion as she grows.

Piglet needs a family committed to the time, patience, training, and socialization that raising a young puppy requires.

Training & Support

Piglet will need a family ready to establish routines, provide structure, set healthy boundaries, and introduce her to the world through positive experiences. Crate training is required from the start to aid in potty training, learning good habits, managing energy, and helping her feel safe and secure.

• Adoption fee is $1200, which includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and years of love and loyal companionship).
• A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
• Adopters will meet their pet through a video call before finalization.
• Adopters receive extensive behavioral testing and information from trainers, discounts on Embark DNA tests, 30 days of pet insurance with Trupanion, a free private online dog training session with GoodPup, discounts on in-person dog training through Rover Training, discounts on Fetch fresh dog meatballs, coupons for Petco, discounts on Dr. Cuddles pet first aid and hygiene solutions, discounted heartworm, flea prevention, and monthly dewormer, and access to an exclusive FB Adopters page.

Transporation

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You can track your pet's journey in real-time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through a private Facebook event page. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
