John - sweet, curious, doofy - dog friendly

John is a sweet, gentle, 9-month-old large breed mix with a heart full of love and trust, despite a very rough start. He's a playful and curious boy who enjoys observing his surroundings and quietly joining in. John loves people, gets along well with other dogs, and has a soft, easygoing presence that makes him a joy to be around. He was found abandoned with his nine siblings in heartbreaking condition, covered in feces and severely neglected. Many of the puppies, including John, needed to be shaved due to matting and filth. Despite this difficult beginning, John has remained incredibly sweet and open to connection. He has beautiful yellow/tan and white coloring, a soft coat, and striking light-colored eyes. John is ready for the safe, loving home he deserves.

Ongoing Health

John is up-to-date on all age-appropriate vetting, including spay/neuter, vaccinations (DAPPvL, Bordetella, Lyme, Rabies), microchipping, deworming, and flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. He has also been tested for internal parasites and heartworm.
