Cora

Cora is an energetic and playful 1-year-and-6-month-old Pointer mix who weighs about 50 pounds. She was rescued from a local shelter and is eager to find her forever home. Cora loves to be on the go and would be a great companion for an active individual or family. She enjoys walks and is learning to be a better leash walker. Cora is also good with other dogs, but we're unsure how she'd do with cats. Due to her energetic nature, she might be a bit too much for very young children.

Ideal Home

Cora would thrive in an active home where she can get plenty of exercise. While she hasn't shown any signs of fence-jumping or digging, an active lifestyle is key to keeping her happy and content. We are still learning about her compatibility with cats.

Ongoing Health

Cora is heartworm negative. She will be spayed on October 18, 2023.

Training & Support

Cora is learning to be a better leash walker, and with consistent practice, she'll master it! We are still determining her house and crate training status. Her boundless energy means she'll benefit from consistent training and socialization to help her thrive.
