Hansel

Hansel is an approximately 4-year-old Great Pyrenees mix and a big, goofy sweetheart. Since arriving at FMAR in August, he has blossomed into a lovable, silly, devoted companion who enjoys snuggles and resting his giant head in your lap.

He can be delightfully derpy, sometimes running and barking at the wind or a falling leaf. Hansel walks beautifully on leash and loves being outdoors, where he can explore, sniff, flop, and roll around.

Ideal Home

Hansel would do well with active or quiet adopters who can provide plenty of space to roam, ideally including a large yard. He may be nervous around unfamiliar people or animals at first, but once he trusts you, he is loyal for life.

Ongoing Health

Hansel is neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and receives monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

He walks beautifully on leash and keeps his kennel neat. Hansel is not interested in toys but loves spending time outside.
