Meet Harvey!
Harvey is a young puppy who we believe may be a German Shepherd/Doberman mix. What we can say for certain is that Harvey is an incredibly special little guy who is already showing all the signs of becoming an amazing companion. He's not only sweet and loving, but he's also incredibly smart. This handsome pup already knows commands like sit, down, and leave it, and he's working hard on learning even more every day. His foster family says he walks beautifully on a leash and absolutely loves training sessions. Harvey is highly food motivated and genuinely enjoys learning new things, with an eager-to-please personality that makes training fun and rewarding. He also loves toys and is fantastic at entertaining himself. When playtime is over, Harvey transforms into a world-class cuddle bug, happiest when he's curled up in a lap soaking up affection. He has a sleek black coat, adorable tan eyebrows, little tan socks, and a handsome face.

Harvey would thrive in a home prepared for an intelligent, active dog who will benefit from continued training, enrichment, and engagement throughout his life.
Ongoing Health
Harvey is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. He has also had a heartworm test.
Training & Support
Harvey is already working on basic commands like sit, down, and leave it. He enjoys training sessions and is eager to learn. As a puppy, he will benefit from consistent training, crate training, daily structure, early socialization, and positive reinforcement to learn important life skills like potty training and leash walking.

Transporation
Harvey is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
