Daisy

Daisy is a delightful 4-year-old Springer/Pointer mix with an adorable coat covered in speckles and spots! She's a medium-sized girl, weighing around 45 pounds, and her tail has been docked. Daisy was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Louisiana four years ago and has been living a wonderful life since. Sadly, her owner is undergoing medical treatment and can no longer care for her, so Daisy is now looking for a new loving family to call her own. She's a friendly girl who never meets a stranger and enjoys leisurely walks on a leash. Daisy also loves to play outside and rides well in the car. She has experience with older children and has been a wonderful companion.

Ideal Home

Daisy would thrive in a home that can provide her with plenty of opportunities to run and play outdoors. She is not recommended for homes with very young children but does well with older children.

Ongoing Health

Daisy is up-to-date on her vaccinations, is spayed, and tested heartworm negative. She is also current on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention.

Training & Support

Daisy is house and crate trained. She knows basic commands like "sit" and "down" and is already a great walking companion.
