Averie is a bright, playful, wonderfully goofy dog who loves toys, games, jobs, and spending time with someone she trusts. She enjoys splashing in ponds, entertaining herself with favorite toys, and sharing her affectionate personality once she warms up.

Ideal Home

Averie would thrive with someone who enjoys being actively involved with their dog and can provide direction, encouragement, and fun. She enjoys other dogs when their play styles are a good match, but cats are not her thing. A home with older children or adults is preferred, along with a physical fenced area.

Ongoing Health

Averie is currently continuing through rehabilitation and is taking things a little easier while she recovers. Her playful spirit and desire to participate remain strong.

Training & Support

Averie enjoys having a job and figuring out what her person is asking of her. She will do best with guidance, encouragement, and positive involvement as she continues rebuilding her activity level.
