Luka

Luka is an 11-month-old, 63-pound Shepherd/Staffie mix who is full of energy and loves to play! He enjoys walks, toys, and chasing balls (though he's still learning to bring them back!). He also loves to splash around in the water at the dog park with his canine companions. Luka is comfortable sleeping on the bed or in his crate and is fully crate-trained. He is also potty-trained and knows his basic commands. He loves human touch and being close to his person, making him a very sweet boy.

Ideal Home

Luka would thrive in a home that can keep up with his energy. He does best with slow and gentle introductions to new people. He has no experience with children and tends to bark when he sees them, so he would do best in a home without them. He has also only met cats through a door, so a home without cats would be preferred. Homeownership with a fully fenced yard is required.

Ongoing Health

Luka is neutered and microchipped.

Training & Support

Luka can be nervous and shy when meeting new people. He also has a tendency to chase after cyclists or runners on walks, so he'll need continued guidance and training in these areas.
