Chandler

Chandler is a spunky Coonhound mix, approximately 1-2 years old and weighing 52 lbs. He's energetic, excitable, and playful, but also sweet and affectionate. Hounds like Chandler have a lot of energy, so mental and physical stimulation are key for him to thrive. He loves to run and would do best with an active family who can take him on long walks or runs. Chandler gets along well with other dogs, but he does show some assertion over food, so a meet-and-greet with any resident dogs is recommended, and separate feeding areas are a must. His strong food motivation will be a great asset in training!

Ideal Home

An active family who can provide plenty of exercise and mental stimulation would be ideal for Chandler. Separate feeding areas for dogs in the home are required.

Ongoing Health

Chandler is neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and tested for heartworm.

Training & Support

Chandler needs some work on not jumping up to greet people and some basic manners training. His food motivation will make training easier!
