Minnie

Meet Minnie, a 2.5-year-old Dogo Argentino mix who is as goofy as she is sweet. Minnie was found abandoned and pregnant, and while she has overcome a lot, she is now ready to find her forever family. She is a velcro dog who loves to be close to her people and is incredibly loyal. Minnie has mild hearing loss but is very attentive and responsive. She enjoys playing and is eager to learn, making her a joy to train. Minnie is curious about other animals, including cats and farm animals, and with continued exposure and supervision, she would likely do well in a home with them.

Minnie would thrive in a home where she can continue to build confidence and explore the world.

Ongoing Health

Minnie has completed her heartworm treatment and is fully vetted, including being up-to-date on core vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Minnie is crate trained and enjoys car rides. She is making great progress with leash walking and knows how to sit for treats. She is highly motivated to continue learning and would benefit from ongoing guidance and socialization.

• After your phone screening, we can schedule a meet and greet and the start of your foster-to-adopt trial.
• All adoptions have a 2-week minimum foster-to-adopt trial to ensure the pet is the right fit for your home, and vice versa.
• Minnie's adoption fee is $250, due after the foster-to-adopt period.

Minnie is located in Texas. If you are located outside of Texas, we offer to-your-door transportation.
