After being surrendered and spending months in a shelter, Avery was placed on the euthanasia list through no fault of her own. Thankfully, rescue stepped in and gave her the second chance she so desperately deserved. Now, Avery is ready to leave her past behind and embrace a future filled with love and adventure. She's full of life, love, and energy, and absolutely adores playing with other dogs who can match her playful spirit. Whether it's a game of chase, a hike, or a splash in the water, Avery is always up for a good time. She especially loves cooling off in water, making her the perfect companion for lake trips or backyard sprinkler fun! Despite her energetic nature, Avery is also incredibly sweet and affectionate, enjoying quality time with her people. She walks nicely on a leash and does well with children, making her a wonderful companion for an active family seeking a loyal best friend. Avery has survived a lot, and now all she needs is one person willing to give her the forever home she's been dreaming of.
