Nika is a sweet and resilient girl who was rescued from a difficult situation. She and her brother were left behind in a shed, but Nika has shown nothing but friendliness towards her caretakers since arriving at the shelter. She's a people-pleaser who enjoys attention and is eager to find her forever home. Nika has done well with other dogs and has even tested positively with cats. She would thrive with a confident leader who can help her navigate the world.

Ideal Home

Nika would do best in a home with respectful children 12 and older. She could potentially live with another dog that matches her energy level.

Ongoing Health

Nika has been spayed, microchipped, is up to date on all her vaccines, and has received flea and tick prevention and deworming.

Training & Support

Nika may need a little guidance to help her navigate new experiences, as she struggled a bit during her initial intake. A confident leader will help her adjust and thrive.
