RITCHEY ROO (aka Richard)

Richard was made to be man's best friend & is in search of DOG'S BEST FRIEND! He's an exuberant, jubilant, and laid-back fellow who loves to be by your side. While he has boundless energy for walks and outdoor adventures, he's also a champion couch potato who enjoys lounging around the house. Richard loves sleeping in bed with his human and has even mastered the "OVER" command to make sure there's enough space for everyone! He also enjoys car rides to the park and just running around.

Ideal Home

A home with a securely fenced yard (6 feet or higher) is a must, as Richard has been known to hop a 4-foot fence out of excitement.

Ongoing Health

Richard is recovering from being a stray and was underweight. He has since gained some weight and would benefit from a diet to help him lose about 10 pounds.

Training & Support

Richard doesn't seem to be interested in toys or playing fetch. He has had limited experience with other dogs but disregards the senior dog he shares a room with.
