Bear

Bear is a sweet and handsome boy who came to us when his owner became ill. It's clear he was so loved! This gentle giant is about 4.5 years old and weighs over 100 pounds. He knows commands like sit, come, and heel. While he's generally a good listener, "stay" is more of a suggestion when he's not in the mood! Bear walks well on a leash and absolutely LOVES to play ball. He's a friendly and playful companion who would make a great family dog. Bear does best with female dogs and is also happy to be the only dog in the household.

Ideal Home

Bear would thrive in a home that enjoys playtime and can offer him consistent training and affection.

Ongoing Health

Bear is up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention. He will receive a health exam and a certificate from a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.

Training & Support

Bear knows several commands and enjoys interactive play. Consistent reinforcement of his training, especially "stay," will be beneficial.

Transportation

Bear is currently in Texas and is available for transport to approved adopters. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport.
