Rocky is a 2-year-old boy whose life has been filled with more loneliness than any dog should ever know. He was first found in the blistering Texas heat, trapped inside a cage on an apartment balcony day after day with a tiny Chihuahua, with no escape from the sun and little understanding of the world beyond those bars. Despite everything he's been through, his heart is still incredibly full of love. Now safe at the sanctuary, Rocky has discovered what it means to finally live. He loves being part of a pack, running freely, and soaking in every bit of attention he can get. He greets everyone with excitement, trust, and a hopeful heart. Rocky has been in rescue all this time and keeps getting overlooked, but he is loving, ready, and deserves to be loved. He just needs someone to see him and choose him, someone who will never leave him behind again. He's waited long enough!
