Limbo and Delilah

Meet Delilah and Limbo! These two sweet 10-year-old Dachshunds, weighing around 14 pounds each (and looking to gain a bit more!), are a bonded pair who have been together their entire lives. They were rescued from a situation with over 60 dogs and have shown incredible resilience and adaptability since coming into foster care. They settled in quickly, learning routines and charming everyone with their sweet dispositions.

Delilah is the more outgoing of the two, always ready for affection and loves getting back scratches while soaking up attention. She's cheerful and likes to be in the middle of the action. Limbo is a bit more reserved initially but quickly warms up to show his sweet, loving nature. He's a gentle soul who just needs a moment to feel comfortable. Both dogs love to be close to their people and will follow you from room to room, being wonderful companions without being demanding. They are great with other dogs of all sizes and have also proven to be good with children, fitting seamlessly into family life.

They are making excellent progress with house training and use wee-wee pads when needed. They still have occasional accidents, but they are learning quickly.
