Buck

Buck is a very sweet, 5-year-old German Shepherd who is completely velcro and incredibly loving. His previous owners had to surrender him due to hardship, but he's ready to find his forever family who understands his need for companionship. Buck is a typical GSD who just wants to be by your side, loves to snuggle, and will not thrive without that close connection. He's intelligent and enjoys being petted.

Ideal Home

Buck would love a home where he can be your constant shadow. He is good with kids, but we do not adopt adult shepherds to homes with young children. He is indifferent to cats. While he is fine with dogs on walks, he is dog selective and prefers to be the only canine companion in the home if he has to hang out with them. A yard that is fully and adequately fenced is a must; we do not accept electric or underground fences.

Ongoing Health

Buck is current on vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped. He is heartworm negative and is kept on heartworm and flea preventative.

Training & Support

Buck loves to be petted and is very intelligent, but he needs a family that understands his deeply affectionate and "velcro" nature. He thrives on being close to his people.
