Meet Buddy! This handsome 18-month-old Terrier mix weighs about 40 pounds and is looking for a forever family to call his own. Ideal Home
Buddy loves people and does great with children. He is friendly with other dogs when given proper introductions and enjoys having canine friends to play with. Although Buddy has not lived with cats, he has been tested and has not shown any aggression towards them.
Ongoing Health
Buddy is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and up to date on his veterinary care. He previously tested positive for a tick-borne disease but has completed treatment and is doing very well.
Training & Support
Buddy is both kennel trained and house trained. Like many dogs, he may mark when adjusting to a new environment, but once he settles in and learns the routine, he does much better. He is also a pleasure to walk and does great on a leash, making him an excellent companion for daily walks and outdoor adventures.

Transporation
Buddy is currently being fostered in La Feria, Texas, but he can be transported to an approved out-of-state adopter. His adoption fee in the state of TX is $350 and it includes his transportation, making it easier for the right family to bring him home no matter where they are.
