BABA

Baba is a bouncy little gal with a sparkling personality and tons of fans at the shelter! She's a bundle of fun and energy, and enjoys exploring and playing. Baba gets along beautifully with a calmer male dog and was non-reactive to other dogs barking during a day trip. She's easy to leash up and a good passenger in the car. Baba loves treats, giving kisses, and having her beautiful black coat brushed. She is ready for her forever home or a loving foster home!

Ideal Home

Baba would do best in a home without small dogs, as she has a history of harming a small dog while off-leash.

Ongoing Health

Baba is currently taking Prozac (Fluoxetine) for behavioral support. It is crucial not to stop or change this medication without consulting a veterinarian, and it must be tapered off gradually to avoid negative physical or behavioral side effects.

Training & Support

Baba is generally easy to handle, but it's important to be aware of her history with small dogs. Consistent positive reinforcement and proper management will help her thrive.

• Interested parties must visit PACC before the COB Thursday April 16th, 2026 deadline to meet with a counselor.
• A counselor will review notes and introduce you to Baba to ensure a good fit.
• Some dogs may also require an introduction to any dogs they may potentially live with.

Baba is located at PACC and can be transported to other locations. Please inquire about transport availability.
