Phoebe is a 4-month-old small mixed-breed with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She's playful, curious, and a certified cuddler who loves adventures just as much as she loves curling up in your lap. Phoebe had a tough start and had to fight through early health challenges, but she’s now completely healthy and thriving. She is dog-friendly and enjoys playtime with other pups. Phoebe is making great progress with potty training and will continue to thrive with consistent training, structure, and guidance. Whether she’s exploring or serving as your loyal work-from-home lap warmer, Phoebe is ready to be the sweetest little sidekick in her forever home.
