Al, Super sweet and friendly pup

Al is a super sweet and friendly 2.5-year-old pup who is full of love and personality! He was rescued from a high-kill shelter after being surrendered by his previous family. Al is now searching for a forever home where he can play fetch, follow his human around, and simply be the happy pup he is.

Though a bit timid, Al is incredibly loving and thrives on affection. He's happiest soaking up attention from his people and adores toys, especially for a game of fetch. He'll be your enthusiastic playtime buddy before curling up for some well-deserved snuggles on the couch.

Ideal Home

Al would be happy in a home with or without other pups, as long as he receives plenty of love. Yards, if any, MUST be adequately and fully fenced; electric or underground fences are not accepted.

Ongoing Health

Al is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccine. He is up-to-date on broad-spectrum deworming treatments and is kept on heartworm and flea preventatives.

Training & Support

Al is potty trained, crate trained, and knows commands. He's not a barker, except for the occasional UPS truck visitor, and is very food-motivated, which makes him a great candidate for further training. He enjoys being part of the family and is happy to relax on the couch after playtime.

Transportation

Al is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas, but can travel to any state, including Canada, to the right home. Out-of-town transport fees can range from $150-$350 depending on the destination.
