Hi friends, I’m Juno! Some of my shelter pals call me Jumping June, June Bug, or Junie B—but honestly, I’ll answer to just about anything… especially if treats are involved!
I’m a medium-to-large mixed breed gal, about 50 pounds and around 4 years old. I’m fully spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and up to date on all my health checks—so I’m all set and ready to head home with you!
I came to the shelter with my sisters after our owner hit a rough patch. My past wasn’t always the kindest, but I’ve got a pretty amazing outlook on life. The staff says I’m like a little turtle—my worries just roll right off my back, especially if I can shake them off with a good butt wiggle! What makes me special? Well I’m a pro-level cuddler, lover of zoomies and naps, sweet, affectionate, and full of personality. Staff seems to think I’d potty train in a home very quickly because I keep my kennel very clean.
I love going for walks, and once I burn off a little energy, I’m happiest curled up next to my humans soaking up all the love. Because of the staff and volunteers working with me - I’ve become one of the best leash walkers. I walk very nicely with minimal pulling.
Ideal Home
I’d possibly do well with another dog, but we’d need to meet first! No cats, please—I find them a little too interesting. I’d likely do best without small children, since I can get a bit bouncy when I’m excited. I’ve been around kids before and did well, but a home with older kiddos or adults might be the best fit for me right now.
Ongoing Health
I am fully spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and up to date on all my health checks.
