Waffles McGee is a handsome Staffordshire Mix with a squishy face and a big heart. At 1 year and 7 months old, this neutered male weighs around 55 lbs. He's been through a lot, but his spirit remains bright, and he still believes in people. Waffles greets everyone with a gentle wag and enjoys pleasant walks on leash, always seeking closeness. His goofy, lovable personality is sure to bring a smile to your face, and he has an abundance of love to share. Waffles is currently on a healing journey, both physically and emotionally, and is searching for a special person who can see beyond his past and appreciate the wonderful dog he is becoming.

Waffles would thrive in a home with a confident and patient owner who can provide him with structure, love, and the time he needs to decompress. An owner who understands strong, loyal breeds and is ready for a devoted companion would be ideal. Older children are recommended due to his past experiences.

Waffles McGee is neutered, vaccinated (Rabies, Bordetella, DA2PP), and microchipped. He is currently being treated for heartworm, and his adopter will receive guidance on his ongoing care.

Training & Support

Waffles walks nicely on leash and is likely to adapt well to a crate with routine. While his house-training status is unknown, he is expected to learn with consistency. He is selective with other dogs and will need proper introductions. His energy level is medium-high, and he would benefit from an owner who can provide him with an outlet for this.
