Meet Yuki! Yuki is the kind of dog who teaches you that the best relationships are built, not rushed. Her name can mean Snow or Happiness in Japanese, and we think both suit her perfectly. With her beautiful snowy coat and gentle spirit, Yuki is waiting for someone willing to give her the time she needs to shine.

When Yuki first arrived, she was understandably overwhelmed. Instead of asking her to adjust overnight, we've let her move at her own pace, and it's been incredible watching her confidence grow. Once she feels comfortable, her personality begins to shine! One of her favorite things is being outside, where she can run, stretch her legs, and explore. Seeing her joyfully prance around the yard reminds us that there's a playful, happy girl beneath her cautious first impression. After a good run, she's just as happy to come sit beside her favorite person, checking in for a little reassurance before heading off to explore again.

Yuki already knows sit, down, and shake, walks nicely on leash, and takes treats gently when she's relaxed. While she may be reserved when meeting new people, she warms up with patient, calm interactions and enjoys building new friendships at her own pace.
