Meet Peter, our smooth-talking "Charming Scientist" who is ready to steal your heart! He's a cool, calm, and collected pup with an effortlessly relaxed vibe, preferring to sit back and look handsome rather than chase after ghosts. Peter has a heart of gold and is incredibly loving, focusing all his attention on his favorite humans with gentle tail wags and adoring glances. His superpower is his affection, and he's a world-class snuggly companion who melts into your chest when held, sighing with pure contentment. He treats your arms like his personal safety zone and would happily stay cradled there all day.

Peter was born in May 2026 at his foster home in Fort Worth, Texas, after his stray mom was found ready to give birth. His mom is around 25 lbs, and while his dad is unknown, he's estimated to grow into a medium-sized dog.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Adoption interviews and meet-and-greets occur via video call.
• Our out-of-state adoption fee is $350 plus transport, which includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter (for pets 6 months and older), and a heartworm test (if over 6 months old). All dogs will be current on flea and heartworm prevention.
• MNS reserves the right to deny any application deemed unsuitable. Adoptions are not on a first-come, first-served basis; our priority is finding the best possible home for each animal.

Transporation

Peter is currently fostered in Texas but is available for transport to an agreed-upon location.
