Mesmerize(Mezzy)

Mesmerize, or Mezzy as we affectionately call her, is a 3-year-old sweetheart with a gentle soul. She can be quite shy when first meeting new people, and she'll need a patient adopter who is willing to visit her at the shelter a few times so she can build trust and feel comfortable. Mezzy isn't the type of dog to rush into your arms for pets right away, but if you give her time, you'll discover just how special she truly is. Once she feels safe and secure, her playful puppy side emerges, and she loves to zoom around, be silly, and show off the wonderful personality that's hidden behind her timid exterior.

Ideal Home

Mezzy would do well in a home with calm small dogs and is also cat-friendly. She would prefer a home without young children, and her ideal adopter will be patient enough to let her bloom at her own pace.

Ongoing Health

Mezzy is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She has no known ongoing health conditions.

Training & Support

Mezzy is house-trained. She is shy initially but blossoms into a playful and silly dog once she trusts her people.

Transportation

Mezzy is currently located at Grand Strand Humane Society in Myrtle Beach, SC. Transportation arrangements can be discussed for approved adopters.
