Bella

I'm Bella, an incredibly smart, high-energy dog who is ready to find a true adventure partner! They think I am part Kelpie and part Australian Shepherd, which means I am not looking for a casual pet owner. I need an active person who loves the outdoors and can keep up with me through activities like hiking, running, or agility training. Having a yard of my own where I can safely run and burn off some energy would be an absolute dream come true.

I pick up house rules very quickly and thrive with a leader who is firm, gentle, and consistent. Because of my sharp mind, I also need a job to keep me mentally engaged. I love mastering puzzle toys, practicing trick training, and diving into nose work.

When it comes to being social, I get along wonderfully with other dogs and new people. I have not yet met a cat, but my energy might be a bit too much for them.

Bella was also dumped by another "rescue" onto a foster who reached out to us for help.

Ideal Home

An active person or family who loves the outdoors and can provide plenty of physical and mental stimulation. A securely fenced yard is highly desired. My energy might be too much for cats.

Ongoing Health

I am spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated.
