About Moose

I'm Moose, a handsome Lab mix born in January of 2019. I'm a big, sturdy guy who has been patiently waiting for my forever home for over three years. Fetch is my absolute favorite activity, and I'm very motivated by it. I'm also a pro at routines, which I've perfected over my time here. While I love attention and playtime with the volunteers, I'm looking for a very specific kind of home.

Ideal Home

Moose would do best as the only pet in the home, as he is dog selective and not a good fit for homes with cats.

Ongoing Health

Moose is up-to-date on all vaccinations and has been neutered.

Training & Support

Moose is already house-trained and knows how to sit. He is very motivated by toys and praise, which can be used to help him continue to learn and grow.

Transportation

Moose is located at The ARK, 477 State Route 26, Lacon, IL. Adoption hours are Monday-Friday from 12 PM to 2 PM, Saturdays from 11 AM to 3 PM, and Thursdays from 5 PM to 8 PM.
