Meet Rooster!

Rooster is a charming 3-year-old, 15lb chi-mix who was found as a stray and is now looking for his forever home. He's a sweet boy who bonds deeply with his person and is ready for endless cuddles, playtime, and loyal companionship. Rooster can be a bit feisty with other dogs when out and about, and he takes his time warming up to new people. However, once he decides you're his person, he'll be your devoted shadow, often found on your lap. He's a great work companion, either in an office or a home office, and enjoys a consistent walk schedule. He gets along with dogs and cats in his foster home, though he can sometimes display a little jealousy by positioning himself between his person and other pets. With patience and time, Rooster will blossom into your forever best friend.

Rooster is neutered, up to date on vaccines, has received dewormer and monthly preventatives, and is microchipped.

Training & Support

Rooster is house-trained and benefits from a consistent walk schedule. He takes a little while to warm up to new people and other animals, so patience will be key to building his trust.
