Niko (CP) - Foster or Adopt Me!

Niko is a 1.5-year-old German Shepherd with a huge heart and endless energy. He was found in poor condition but has made an amazing recovery and is now a happy, playful boy who loves everyone he meets. Niko is friendly with other dogs, though his playful jumping can be a bit much for some. He walks fairly well on leash, doesn't react to other dogs, and did great on a beach walk. He's curious about cats but doesn't chase them, and he's sweet with kids, though he can get a little jumpy when he's excited.

Ideal Home

Niko will thrive in an active home that can provide him with plenty of exercise, structure, and love. He's a bit jumpy when excited, so a home that can help him manage this energy would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Niko has made a full recovery from his initial poor condition.

Training & Support

Niko is still working on being fully housebroken but is using a designated potty area and learning quickly. He's a bit jumpy when excited and could benefit from continued guidance in managing his energy.
