Dipper is located at New Chances Humane Society, 1540 Industrial Drive, Blue Earth, MN 56013. We also attend an adoption event every 2nd Tuesday of the month at PetSmart, 16001 Elmhurst Ln, Lakeville, MN 55044. Transport may be available to approved adopters.
