Luna Bear is an 8-year-old Great Pyrenees mix who has been in the shelter system for almost 3 years. She's a lady of leisure and independence who appreciates her own space. While she may not be the life of the dog park, she offers a mellow companionship that's hard to find. Luna Bear prefers a quiet home where she can relax and be herself. She is not fond of other dogs or cats, but promises to fill your life with a unique kind of love.

Ongoing Health

All pets are spayed or neutered, have age-appropriate vaccinations, are treated with flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, and are dewormed. Dogs are also microchipped.

Transporation

Luna Bear is located in Bolivar, Missouri. Transports are available to the Denver, CO, Des Moines, IA, and St. Louis areas twice monthly. Virtual visits are available for potential adopters in these areas. An additional fee applies for long-distance transports to Colorado and Iowa ($100) and to St. Louis ($50).
