Hi, I’m Marsh! I'm a 100% American Bully with a big heart and a loving personality, ready to share all the love I have to give. I've worked really hard on my obedience and I'm proud of my progress! I know "sit," "drop it," and "come," and I have excellent off-leash recall. My favorite pastime is going on off-leash walks with my people. I'm also crate trained, house trained, and comfortable with wireless training collars and fence systems, happily playing outside without ever crossing the boundary.
I'm an affectionate guy who truly believes he's a lap dog. I absolutely love car rides, tasty treats, and being close to my humans. While I do well around horses and cows, I do have a prey drive, which means I'm not the best fit for cats, chickens, or other small animals. I get along well with older children (no children under 8) and most adults. However, I can be protective of my people, so slow and controlled introductions will help me feel safe and confident.
I would do best as the only dog in the household, or with a canine companion who has a calm and non-dominant personality. I currently live with a senior English Bulldog, and while we get along most of the time, we've had a few disagreements over toys, the couch, or our humans. I'm a loyal boy who just needs the right match and a family who understands my unique personality.
Ideal Home
I’d do best as the only dog or with a calm, non-dominant dog. I need a home without cats, chickens, or other small animals due to my prey drive. I’m great with older children (8+) and most adults, but slow introductions are key to help me feel secure.
Ongoing Health
I am neutered, microchipped, up to date on all my vaccines, and on heartworm prevention (Simparica Trio). I currently weigh about 54 pounds.
Training & Support
I have excellent off-leash recall, know "sit," "drop it," and "come," and I'm crate and house trained. I'm also accustomed to wireless training collars and wireless fence systems.

Transporation
I am currently located in Surgoinsville, TN. I can be transported to an approved adoptive home. A fee may apply depending on the distance and volunteer availability.
