Nova

Hi there! My name is Nova, and I'm a sweet Shepherd mix gal estimated to be around 4-6 years old. My life started out a bit rough; I was chained and used for breeding. Thankfully, my puppies have all found their forever homes, and now it's my turn! I enjoy walks, exploring the backyard, playing with other large male dogs, and snuggling with my foster mom. I'm already house and kennel trained, though I don't need to be kenneled. I'm looking for a patient and loving person or family who will shower me with affection and show me what a real home is like. If you're searching for a resilient, loving, friendly, sweet, and loyal companion, I might be the perfect girl for you!

Ideal Home

I would do well with older children (10+) and other large male dogs. I am not a good fit for homes with cats.

Ongoing Health

All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, and are spayed or neutered.

Training & Support

I need standard obedience training.

Transportation

I am currently being fostered in Greeneville, TN. Transport to the East Coast is available for an additional fee.
