Meet Mildred! This sweet and resilient girl is a survivor who is ready to shower her forever family with love. Mildred arrived in rough shape, abandoned and unwell, but with dedicated care, she's blossomed into a healthy, grateful, and incredibly gentle companion. She's a distemper survivor and has a tiny, adorable twitch when she sleeps.

Ideal Home

Mildred would thrive in a quiet home where she can relax and feel safe. She's wonderful with teens but would not be suited for homes with young children.

Ongoing Health

Mildred has fully recovered from anemia and ehrlichia. She is a distemper survivor and has a tiny sleep-time twitch.

Training & Support

Mildred is house-trained and known to be calm and affectionate. She simply needs a loving family to cherish her.

Transporation

Mildred is located in Portland, OR. Approved adopters can be matched with flight companions traveling from Puerto Vallarta to bring her home. If a Canadian flight companion is unavailable, especially during summer months, she may fly into the US and can be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border. Volunteers are available to assist with border pickups.
