Mavi is the perfect mix of shepherd intelligence and collie spirit: brilliant, active, affectionate, and always ready for an adventure. She’s the ideal size for hikes, road trips, yard zoomies, and being your loyal sidekick through life. She absolutely thrives when given structure, activity, and a chance to learn. Mavi completed training and quickly became a star student. She is house trained, crate trained, knows excellent manners, and even sits politely at doorways before exiting. She is eager to please, highly trainable, and loves having a job to do. One of Mavi’s favorite things in the world is playing with other dogs. She would especially love a home with a canine companion to romp around with. That said, she can be an only dog. What breaks our hearts most is that Mavi is truly a GOOD dog — she has done everything asked of her. She has waited patiently. She has worked hard. And yet she is still waiting for someone to finally choose her.
