Truffles BW

Meet Truffles, a gorgeous, friendly, and athletic gal whose "bat signal" ears are truly magnificent! These amazing ears can move independently, fold, or crisscross atop her head when she's not busy receiving transmissions. Truffles loves long walks on her leash, playing zoomies, batting around balls and stuffies, engaging in tug-of-war, and, of course, cuddling. She's intelligent, active, affectionate, and eager to please, making her an ideal companion for an active family or individual.

Ideal Home

Truffles is great with kids, but she can be a bit boisterous, so she'd likely do best with children who are not too little.

Ongoing Health

Truffles was born with a genetic condition called megaesophagus. This requires a bit of extra time and special steps at meal times. She has a custom chair that allows her to eat in an upright position, and she eagerly gets into it because she's quite food-motivated. She needs to sit in her chair for 15-20 minutes after eating. Importantly, Truffles cannot have treats. You might notice her throat moving like a bullfrog when she's sleeping due to the enlarged esophagus, but this is nothing to worry about.
