Meet Kally Kanal! This sweet 3-year-old, 60 lb Pit Bull mix has a story of resilience and a future full of love waiting to be written. Kally's journey began tough when she was found abandoned and injured in a canal. Thankfully, kind college students came to her rescue, changing her life forever. Since then, Kally has blossomed into a loving, gentle, and incredibly soft-hearted girl who cherishes affection, treats, and being close to her people. She's strong and muscular, but her true nature is one of pure sweetness, and her favorite place to be is curled up right beside you, completely content.
Ideal Home
Kally is a quiet snugglebug who enjoys cozy naps, chew toys, and the occasional game of fetch (tennis balls are her favorite!). She doesn't demand attention, preferring to stay close, steady, and loyal. She is kid-friendly and gentle with everyone she meets. While she's dog-friendly, she would do best with a submissive male dog or as the only pet in the home.
Ongoing Health
Kally is spayed and vaccinated. She is currently on slow-kill heartworm treatment, which is fully covered by the rescue. All dogs in our care are kept up-to-date on heartworm and flea prevention.
Training & Support
Kally is excellent on leash, calm and easygoing. She's also great in the car, hopping in and settling right down. She is crate trained and has no accidents.
