Woodrow "Woody"

Woodrow "Woody" is a sweet guy who came to us heartworm positive. He also had an injury to his back leg that required surgery. Woody has since completed his heartworm treatment and has had his surgery. We've discovered he has a patella that is trying to luxate, but we're going to try physical therapy to help build up the muscles and hopefully avoid another surgery. He will be available for adoption soon as we determine his next steps with his leg!

Woody is looking for a home that can support him through his ongoing physical therapy and recovery.

Ongoing Health

Woody has completed his heartworm treatment. He is currently undergoing intervention for a luxating patella, and we are focusing on physical therapy to strengthen the surrounding muscles.

Training & Support

Woody is house-trained. He will require ongoing support to manage his patella condition and continue with his physical therapy.
