Meet Muffin, a handsome red Norfolk Terrier mix with a heart as soft as his name. Born around March 11, 2025, this little guy weighs just 11.5 pounds—but he’s packed full of sweetness and love. Muffin is a total love bug who just wants to be close to his people.

Muffin came from a hoarding situation where he was living with 29 other dogs. Because of that, he’s still learning about the big world and what it means to be a cherished companion. He can be a little shy when meeting new people, but the moment you offer him a little kindness and attention, he warms up quickly and happily soaks up the love.

Muffin is looking for a home where he can continue to build his confidence and learn about the world. He is a sweet, affectionate companion who thrives with love and reassurance.

Training & Support

Muffin is still working on his leash skills and hasn’t quite mastered walking on one yet—right now he much prefers being carried like the little prince he is! With patience and gentle encouragement, Muffin will continue to gain confidence and learn new things every day.

Transporation

Muffin is currently in Texas. He can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY, or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $250.
