A-Zeus

Zeus is a 65 lb bundle of fun, playfulness, and love! He's a smart, goofy boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart for cuddles. His foster family adores him, often finding themselves showering him with hugs and kisses because he's just that irresistible. Zeus is a good boy through and through, communicating with expressive looks and a playful spirit. While he enjoys being active, he's also quite mellow and incredibly easy to train with treats or praise – he even learned to stay out of the kitchen in a short time! He loves car rides, behaves well in new environments, and knows commands like "sit," "come," "stay," "out," and "shake." Zeus is also reliably potty trained and crate trained, though he no longer needs his crate. He settles down around 8:30 PM and enjoys sleeping in until about 9 AM. He walks nicely on a leash and isn't a barker or a runner. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and humans alike, and he especially loves trips to the dog park. With a low prey drive, he doesn't chase squirrels or cats when out for walks.

Ideal Home

Zeus would thrive in a home with a large, fenced yard where his active humans can join him for playtime. He would enjoy the company of another dog, preferably one around his size. He would not do well in a home with small children.

Training & Support

Zeus is already potty trained and crate trained. He walks well on a leash and has a good recall. He's eager to please and picks up on training quickly.
