Oreo

Oreo is an incredibly sweet female who came to us as a stray on 9/20. She's got a heart of gold and, true to her name, is as sweet as can be! Oreo is already a star at keeping her kennel clean and is a pro at doing her business outside. She knows the "sit" command and is gentle when taking treats, though she might get a little excited and jump up when waiting for one. She doesn't snatch, though! Oreo has shown good body language around other kennels and is dog-friendly, especially with male dogs.

Oreo is looking for a home that can provide her with patience and understanding as she settles in.

Ongoing Health

Oreo is heartworm positive. We will provide her heartworm treatment at no cost to her adopter or rescue placement.

Training & Support

We recommend following the 3-3-3 guideline—3 days to decompress, 3 weeks to learn the routine, and 3 months to feel fully settled into her new home. While Oreo generally takes treats gently, she may jump up if she gets excited waiting for one.
