🌟 Meet Willy — the sweetest boy who’s waited far too long for his chance 🌟

Willy was found outside the shelter in March 2022, likely after being hit by a car. He arrived with a broken tail, fractured teeth, and multiple wounds — but even then, he greeted everyone with kindness. This gentle Lab mix has healed beautifully, but he does have lifelong urinary and bowel incontinence from his injuries. He doesn’t know it happens… he just wants love.

Adoption Fee: Due to Willy being special needs his adoption fee will be the cost of the flight only, $200 - $300. All other fees will be waved.

Approved adopters are matched with flight companions (flight angels) traveling from Puerto Vallarta. You’ll meet them at the airport to welcome your new pup home.

⚠️ It can be challenging to secure Canadian flight angels during May and June, so dogs may need to fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border if a Canadian flight angel is unavailable.

We have successfully completed many adoptions over the summer with volunteers helping to bring dogs to their adopters at the border — this remains a great option to keep adoptions moving forward. 🐾✈️❤️
