Bear

Bear is a handsome and loving approximately 1-year-old, 57 lb boy who may have some Shepherd or Lab in his mix. He came to us as a stray and has been treated for heartworm. Bear is currently in a foster home where he is learning house training, crate training, and leash walking. His foster parent describes him as incredibly sweet and says it doesn't take much to make him happy! He and another dog named Yogi could even pass for twins!

Ideal Home

Bear could join households with children 10 years and older and other dogs. He would do best in a home without cats.

Ongoing Health

Bear has been treated for heartworm and is now ready for his forever home.

Training & Support

Bear is currently working on house training, crate training, and leash walking in his foster home.

Transportation

Bear is currently out of state but will be transported to Massachusetts shortly with no additional travel costs. He will be available for adoption in N Dartmouth on July 17th or possibly sooner with an approved adopter.
