Hello! My name is Nena (4). I’m an adorable dog, about 1 year old, with short black, beige, and brown fur. I’m medium-to-large sized (33 lb). I’ve already been dewormed, vaccinated, and spayed through the adoption program.

I had a family, but sadly my human passed away, and none of her relatives wanted to take care of us (my two canine companions and me). We survived because we could go in and out of the house, and a kind person started feeding us.

Later, this person contacted a relative of our former guardian, who gave them a key so they could take care of us while we find a new home. This same person even put up a fence so we wouldn’t wander off into the streets. Unfortunately, while this was happening, one of my canine companions was attacked by other dogs and passed away.

I’m a very gentle dog and I long for affection, especially since we were left alone. I hope to find a loving and responsible family that will take good care of me!
