Udon

Udon is a 2-year-old spayed female, weighing about 19 lbs, who was rescued from a shelter in South Korea shortly before euthanasia. She has blossomed into a calm, quiet, and deeply gentle companion who enjoys a peaceful daily life with her people. Udon is naturally calm and soft-natured. She may initially appear slightly shy in new environments, but once she settles in, she quietly seeks affection and gently approaches for more pets and attention. She enjoys belly rubs, calmly accepts handling, and has never shown biting or aggressive behavior, even during playful interaction. She is not a demanding or hyper dog; her favorite activity is honestly relaxing comfortably near her people.

Udon would thrive in a home with someone looking for a calm, easygoing companion. Adopters who enjoy peaceful daily walks and cozy home life would be a perfect fit. Multi-dog homes are absolutely welcome, and she is an excellent fit for people wanting a stable, quiet dog without high exercise demands.

Ongoing Health

Udon is healthy with no known medical concerns. She receives NexGard Spectra every 23rd of each month for flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, which must be continued year-round.

Training & Support

Udon is approximately 99% outdoor potty trained and reliably uses a pee pad overnight if needed. She walks beautifully on leash with no pulling and does not scavenge food from the ground. She has absolutely no observed separation anxiety and can stay home quietly and calmly without stress. Her foster has never heard her bark. She is slightly nervous about the dryer sound during grooming but stays calm when gently held and reassured. She is cooperative and easy to handle overall.
