Duke is a shy-at-first, loyal-forever boy looking for his perfect match! He's a gentle soul with a goofy side, and while new people and situations can make him a little nervous, he blossoms with patience and kindness. Duke is making incredible progress in his foster home, now greeting his foster mom with tail wags and offering sweet hand and forehead kisses. He absolutely adores other dogs and would thrive in a home with a confident, gentle canine companion who can help him continue to build his confidence and navigate new experiences. He's house-trained, a pro at using the doggy door, and can be left alone without issue. Duke enjoys both indoor and outdoor time, loves to play with toys, and even enjoys a good zoomie session! He’s not bothered by loud noises and is respectful in the home. Duke needs a patient family who will allow him to move at his own pace, celebrate his successes, and love him for the wonderful dog he is. Once he trusts you, his goofy, sweet, and curious personality will truly shine.
