Lyla is a 5-year-old girl with a big heart and a gentle spirit, looking for her furever home. She's house-trained and has excellent manners, making her the perfect companion for walks, snuggling, and everything in between. Lyla loves her foster family but is ready to find her own forever family. She's good with other calm, well-behaved dogs and can be cat-tested upon request. She'd do well with older children, though her foster family doesn't have kids, they sound like they'd be fun to live with! Lyla isn't a fan of dog parks; she prefers nice walks and cozy snuggles on the sofa. She has no toy or food aggression, making mealtimes stress-free. She can be an only dog, as she entertains herself without getting into mischief while you're at work. Lyla sleeps through the night with her stuffed friend, Mr. Frog, by her side, which makes her feel safe. She does like slow introductions to other dogs. If you're looking for a sweet, loyal friend who will stand faithfully by your side, Lyla is ready! She enjoys carrots, veggies, and popsicles.
Ideal Home
Lyla would love a home with a fenced yard where she can run and play, but she can also do well in an apartment. She would be good with older children and calm, well-behaved dogs. She is not a fan of dog parks.
Ongoing Health
Lyla is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested and treated, and on preventatives.
Training & Support
Lyla is house-trained and has excellent manners. She enjoys slow introductions to new dogs.
