Butter Beans is a playful, snuggly, and curious young guy who greets the world with enthusiasm and tail wags. He absolutely adores attention and will melt into you with any form of human touch, especially belly rubs and face scritches. He's confident meeting new people and believes every human is his biggest fan!

Butter Beans is still young, goofy, affectionate, and incredibly cuddly – the perfect combination for a delightful companion. His foster mom has done a wonderful job socializing him, and he's a smart, eager learner who already shines with training. He attends doggy daycare and is a social butterfly there. He's crate trained, house trained, and rides beautifully in the car, making him an ideal travel buddy. He loves exploring the outdoors, trotting around like he's on an important mission, and even hops like a deer on walks – it's a sight to behold! He's perfect for hiking, patio relaxing, walks, road trips, and snuggling up for TV time.

Dog-wise, Butter Beans is a socialite! He's confident and loves interacting with all types of dogs, big or small, calm or goofy. He's currently fostered with four dogs of various sizes and is mindful, respectful, and has excellent social cues. However, Butter Beans would also be perfectly happy as your one and only pup, as he is very loving and loyal to his humans.

Butter Beans is not a fan of cats and prefers to keep a respectful distance. He absolutely adores children! He's affectionate, silly, and loves to snuggle. As long as kids can handle his enthusiasm and floppy hugs, he'd make a fantastic family dog. We can conduct further kid testing based on your request.

A house with a fenced yard is Butter Beans' happy place, where he can enjoy running and playing fetch. He loves to zoom around outside and then come inside for relaxing cuddles. He's a big fan of toys, tossing them in the air and catching them – it's incredibly adorable! He's bright, loyal, and always up for a car ride, a backyard zoomie, or collapsing dramatically onto your lap for snuggles. He's silly, sweet, sparkling with potential, and has more personality than any dog has a right to have! Ideal Home

A house with a fenced yard is truly his happy place. He enjoys running and playing fetch outdoors and then relaxing inside with his people. He would also be a-okay as a one-and-only pup. He is NOT a good fit for a home with cats.

Butter Beans is crate trained and house trained. He goes to doggy daycare and is socialized. He also rides well in the car.

Butter Beans is currently located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pickup is in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
